Have you ever wondered what a career in construction could look like for you?

• Apply today and take your first step by joining our two-week Construction Academy, designed specifically to support you and your community.

Through collaboration with Saycr and NDEAS, we are offering a totally unique experience that will help you understand what a career in construction may look like for you, the various roles that are available in the industry and how to be best prepared to build a future within the construction sector.

This will take place at our site classroom on the new Velindre Cancer Centre which adds to the unique experience. This is a pilot initiative, which means you will form part of the first cohort, shaping the future of these initiatives for your community.

If you always wanted to know more about an industry that may have felt out of reach, then this 2 week academy is for you. It’s your foundation for building a solid career, with one individual from the academy being offered full time employment on the new Velindre Cancer Centre site, the most iconic project in Wales, in decades.

All you need to be able to do is be able to commute to the site 3 times a week for two weeks.
